Post Polynomial function

The figure shows the graph of the polynomial function y=f(x). For which of the values k=0,1,2,or 3 will the equation f(x) =k have complex roots? My answer is 2 is that right. Thanks for checking my answer.

Is it possible to directly send the jpegs themselves, I opened your document in open office and there only appeared to be the one graph with one function? Is this correct?

Regards,
