Default Math Riddle

Hi All,

Hoping someone might be able to help me with this riddle. It's supposed to be the key to finding the coordinates but math was never one of my strong points.

I'm guessing that line two means all the numbers are rational and line three means they are rounded but really not sure about line one and how to mesh it all together.

"This test may have you going in circles,
but do not get irrational,
it is very well rounded."

"Have you going in circles" and "not irrational" brings to mind fractions like \frac{1}{3} = 0.33333... and \frac{1}{7} = 0.142857142857142857...

Neither are irrational but they both "go in circles", per se -- \frac{1}{3} goes in circles of one 3 and \frac{1}{7} goes in circles of (142857). I can't figure out what the letters stand for, though.
