Just find the antonyms to the two words in the clue and add them together to make one longer word. The longer word is the answer. Most of these are pretty easy. I have some tough ones coming up later. This is a Cool + Down for you.
Example: Lower + Least = Uppermost
1. Sea + Empty 2. Biased + Sky 3. Start + Dark 4. Soft + Unemployed 5. Lose + Later 6. Future + Written 7. Over + Bare 8. Beginning + Calm 9. Hell + Guardian 10. Up + Wrong 11. Push + Under 12. Land + Back 13. Costly + Won’t 14. Death + Spending 15. Plenty + Dullness 16. Down + Taking 17. Fix + Inept 18. High + Fall 19. Before + Midnight 20. Rural + Narrow
