Question Need confirmation of 2 trig problems, please...

OK, I have 2 problems that I did that I need to know if they are correct. Here they are:

1. Find the following graphs of y. Give the amplitude, its maximum and minimum and its period.

y= 3sin1/3x Amp=3 period=2pi/1/3=2pi*3/1=6pi
Max=c+a=0+3=3
Min=c-a=0-3=-3 Since there's no c value I put 0...is that correct?

2. Find Amp, Max and Min, period.
y=tan2x
Now, there's no amp, maxormin values, right? There's only its period which is: 2pi/2=pi

I hope you can follow my problems and let me know if they are correct.

Thanks!

All correct except the period of tan(2x). The period of tan(x) is usually \pi, so the the period of tan(2x) will be half that.

(Only cos(x) and sin(x) have period 2\pi... [math]tan(x) has period \pi!)
