Default I need help

I'm horrible at percentages, simplifying integers, and rational numbers. I need sites that will help me with these aspects of math on a beginners level. I just need a really good website that focuses on pre-algebra. Please help.

Thank you very much. I'll try and check that out as soon as I can, God willing.
